How to Make Popsicle stick Penguins: Father's Day DIY Popsicle Stick Penguin Kids Craft

Father's Day is just around the corner and this super fun Popsicle Stick Penguin kids craft is the perfect gift to give! For this craft you will need:


Cardstock paper

Googly Eyes 12 mm

Black Popsicle Sticks

Pipe Cleaners

Tacky Glue

Scissors

Pencil

Glue Stick






First, glue 6 Popsicle sticks in a “U” shape onto black paper and trim off the extra paper.



Draw wings, nails, belly, and beak then cut and glue onto the body.



To make the bow tie, fold a small piece of red paper, accordion style, secure with pipe cleaner, then glue onto the body to make a bow tie. To make the buttons, roll small pipe cleaners into a ball, then glue to make buttons. Finally, glue on the googly eyes!
